I found it so easy to order these boots on the website and they were delivered to my local store promptly,the staff were very helpful,they said not a problem if they did not fit,I have to say the boots are very comfortable and good quality.

Ordered these boots online (very convenient) for collection from my local store. Unfortunately although they were a size five they were rather tight for me but no big deal I went online and ordered a size 6, fortunately they were still available. When I returned to the store the size 6 were there, I had a refund for the original boots, tried on the size 6 and happy days, they are perfect. Very happy with my purchase, boots are a good fit, lovely colour and good price. Thanks again Shoezone

Arrived on time.good fit

my brother bought these for me as I wanted a nice pair of ankle boots for the winter but was left disappointed as one of the boots was bigger than the other and felt uncomfortable so these will have to go back.

Prob the only downside of it is it doesn't have half size like 5.5 available.
