Coronavirus Update For Customers

On Monday 23rd March, we took the very difficult decision to temporarily close all our stores in the UK and Ireland.

The health and wellbeing of our team members and customers are most important to us and we know that this decision is the best one to protect everyone. We want to thank every single person in our fantastic store teams for their dedication and loyalty to Shoe Zone.

Also, we want to thank our customers for your understanding and continued support and we look forward to welcoming you back into our stores as soon as we are told it is safe to re-open.

You can still buy online here at, so please feel free to browse and buy in the comfort and safety of your home. We offer free home delivery, as well as free returns within 12 months. A range of alternative delivery and return methods are available here, and we are working closely with our couriers to ensure that parcels are delivered safely and on time.
